Independence Day Celebration

Vishwakalyan English Medium School, Chikhali Celebrated 72nd Independence Day and Investiture ceremony on Wednesday 15 Aug 2018. It was celebrated with the flag hoisting ceremony and spreaded the Message of Love, Peace Harmony . The school choir sang National Anthem followed by patriotic songs. The chief guest of the day was honourable Mrs. Manju Sharma. She joined Inner Wheel Club, Pimpri as Charter Treasurer in 1997 and became President in 2000. She became district Chairman of Inner Wheel District 313 in 2010-11. She is keen social worker. The ceremony began with invoking blessings from the almighty when the respectable guest of honour lit the lamp of knowledge and prosperity. In order swear in the fresh batch of student council member for the year 2018-19. The school proudly honoured the elected members with Badges and Sashes. Master Manoj Madar was bestowed as the Head Boy and Miss Neha Patil was bestowed as the Head Girl. The House Captains and House Vice-Captains were the other members of the student council. The Badges and Sashes were distributed to the elected members of the student council by the guest of honour Mrs. Manju Sharma along with the school Directors Mr. and Mrs. Mehta and Principal Madam. The investiture ceremony ended with an Oath taking. Blessings were showered to encourage the council members in order to strengthen their leadership skills.
